Newly released Jason Voorhees PF (part 3) LEFT HAND switch out option

I want to gather a list of people who would be interested in getting a custom left hand made for the new Jason PF. As all of us are aware, we cannot simply just have jason hold the speargun, he must hold both the machete and speargun together.

I think it is best if we get a left hand made. Now what kind of left hand is up for debate. Should it be just a left hand? Should it hold something else (ie mask)?

I estimate the cost to be between $50-100ish, depending on the artist and detail of the sculpt, along with the # of interested users.

Will be looking for a sculptor as well to take on the task.

To throw my two cents in, a left hand holding a severed head would be awesome. Holding his mask would only limit you to displaying him mask less with that hand. I think more options rather than less display options would be better. A loose mask as a separate piece would be a good item though (to display on the base most likely).

Agreed. I think him holding one of the camper's heads from part 3 would be amazing (ie shelly lololol) but would easily be $200 at that point, maybe more.

I'm in for the left hand.

I'm all for an extra mask to display on the base or to hold it in hand. The reason I suggested the mask is because that particular scene where he obtained the speargun is around the same time he took the mask from Shelley. He was wearing the mask for the first time while he walked down to the dock with the speargun. That scene gave me goose bumps every time. Loved it.

If you guys wanted a severed head then it could work with the right hand and the left hand holding the machete pose.

Another suggestion is to make another 1/4 head sculpt and mask to match the part 3 look. That mask Sideshow made does not resemble the part 3 mask.

So you can display him with the new 1/4 sculpt and mask (part 3 look) with the speargun...

Sideshow's sculpt and mask to be displayed with the machete.

That's another idea...

I don't get why would you want a decapitated head of Shelly? His head wasn't completely decapitated in the movie. Was only a partial cut across the neck, not the whole way through. Unless it's just an artistic concept for you to display it with the figure?

Shelly's head because nobody gets decapitated, and he's the most recognizable character in part 3. Plus afro makes it easier to show that he's holding his head. Kinda comical.

Its been so long since I've seen part 3 (and they all blend together for me anyway) that I don't know if this was actually in the film or not, but the make-up for Jason is certainly from the 3/4 era at least.
