Has anyone received anything else back? I still haven't received my Eric Sosa Jim Lee Batman sculpt or Medicom Superman Returns head. I had to buy another Batman sculpt and try to paint it myself. I am guessing Drako won't be returning my things anymore and I think it's way past the Paypal cut off time. Although, after going through this thread, it looks like my loss is nothing compared to what others might have sent and haven't received back......

he was on the site today, and still hasnt cleared his box, i know because i tried to pm for my missing dexter.

looks like all are past the paypal deadline, dont know why, but he didnt take any money from me untail after and shipped even. just being out the sculpt money would stink.....clearly he is ignoring cleaning out his box, because you get emails from sideshow telling you another member is trying to contact you but your box is full.... this is the reason that darklord dave should extend the 100 count, it really is bothersome, i mean osr has a 1,000 limit, or 10,000 i cant remember,,,100 is just silly. it lets people wait to fill up and be able to ignore....not good...not many people are complaining on here?? maybe its only you that didnt get their stuff back? just a guess.....anyway good luck and keep after him.....

I am still waiting as well. Pmd and left a visitor message asking for tracking/proof of shipping. I only sent 1 head so I am not at a loss like some of you. He sent me a pic of the finished head, just hope I get it.

Pretty soon we should be checking eBay for any of the heads that you people sent him, he probably made molds & is making recasts. I don't see why you wouldn't communicate with your customers . Sorry this happened to you guys I tried to warn you

Yeah I think more message space would be good.
As I keep a lot of messages for future reference.
Also how many heads are actually owed?
And how much money are people owed?
Also are the paint jobs what you expected or better or worse?

Might be worth getting a list together?
Also it is not as thought this guy lives in UK so he must have a phone number or something as he may be sick or have personnel troubles.
Also I know on some phones you can't delete messages and stuff like that.
Would also be a good idea to show is messages have been opened and looked at.
Hope it all gets sorted out for you guys , any pics mightyq?

gonna chime in here and say the 100 pm limit sucks a lot especially it's inbox + outbox. If you have deals going on with multiple people and you want to keep record of all the PM, you're forced to print screen or something. even just another 100 would be great.

Well that goes in your favour as he must live with his parents?
Don't know how it works in USA but here in UK you can see if the house has a landline phone which you could ring.
And speak to his parents.
Or if he is in collage contact them and ask for him.

Could be various reasons why he is not answering.
Not looking good to be honest , but communication is the key , if he is having troubles them speak up and say so.

you have to know his full name and I'd assume someone in Canada have to check the phone books, ring up everyone with the same last name and find him. I recall he's in the greater toronto area as well if i am correct?

He is definitely young teenager. I was actually friends with this kid on YouTube a while back when ones customs was starting out.

He seemed like he was cool back then but I don't know what happened, he started this thread with no feedback, nobody knew who he was, and was trying to sell his painting service when he shouldn't of been able, he wasn't allowed to, no selling privileges when you're a noob.

He has also had 3 different names, three different accounts all which have been banned prior to this one.

You can add me to the list of people who have not received any head sculpts. He actually never sent me tracking like he did with some of you. I did get a picture of a WIP Bermejo head by Logan I sent him that he was working on, but that was a long time ago.

the biggest problem is way to many people sent him so much stuff at once no one waited to see if he was dodgy at all.

I had stuff i wanted painted but i was happy to wait and see if he was legit or not by seeing what happened with others

i know ya should be able to trust people but unfortunately some people are bastards

Im not saying people wont get all the head sculpts but its pretty clear hes been lying about people items getting shipped and not clearing out him inbox so people cant contact him which makes it seem like people have got there heads stolen

wait for it in afew days we will get a msg from him saying "sorry for lack of updates ive been really busy, more head sculpts have been shipped". He wont even reply or defend any of the comments others have made about him

Um... hmm... yeah... this gives painters a bad name. Seriously we need to establish commission regulations. If it takes posts & DD for selling. Then we need that here for commissions. I'll say it once, no one should pay full price. I learned the hard way... never again. Ntm I think we need records and actual physical addresses of each commissioner. Too much scams and I'm willing to share that info cause I got nothing to hide...
