i think Bickle for sure...but i don't really know who will follow in 2013...i mean....what are soem other popular guys that have been getting posted on this thread?...i do remember people wanting an anton...a Pee Wee and a Wonka....and those all got made...so i think it might be Bickle for starters...maybbe pulp fiction sometime this year....but i think Rainman would strike gold with these guys as a set....:)

The DJANGO stuff has no priority to me, just somthing for Rainman to take a look at. Plus Enterbay is touching it. A Stephen (Sam Jack) would be great to add to that Foxx,Leo,Christoph Waltz combo.
I want Bickle more than anything in 1/6. But I know as soon as it happens I'm done. Collection complete. So I guess I'd like to squeeze in a few more before it happens. But Bickle is #1 on that priority list.

Right Back atcha!

Gratzi. Bro I love this poster! Can we find this?

much as i love pulp fiction, i really think the hitmen would be a waste of rainman's talent as well as take up two spots for guys in black suits. dont mean to be a downer but unless he does a double offering, that is half of next year rainman-wise. think iminime is the way to go on fiction and dogs. bickle, on the other hand would be really sweet. pikey would be cool too. not really feeling austin powers personally. and alonzo also would be a better fit for iminime IMO. would love a v2 dandy butcher sometime next year. but i'm also willing to wait on that one as he just did plainview. would love a chris walken deer hunter. or alain delon from le samourai. or asano tadanobu as kakihara from ichi the killer.

bickle
walken deer hunter
delon le samourai
kakihara ichi the killer
choi min shik oldboy
pikey
dandy butcher
have to think on the rest of my ten... will get back to you guys

I'd definitely want to see a Dandy Butcher and Bickle. Also I think Dorothy from Wizard of Oz would be a perfect Rainman figure.

Eventually we're going to get to a point where "guys in suits" have to get done because that's all thats left. But to say that Pulp fiction doesnt deserve the treatment because the costume is to simple?..... That black suit is one of the most iconic garbs in Cinema! I like the idea of doing some characters of foreign films but Itchi the Killer or Oldboy don't really ring bells as classic great movies, they've also been done before to some degree. One character of a foreign film I would like to see made is the lead character (Malik) in the French film A Prophet

As far as a dandy Bill is concerned,I hope Rainman Retires it already. A V2 should be attempted by another artist. Rainman redoing it would be equivalent to an uninspired artist resting on the laurels of past work, which is the worst thing an artist can do.
Other than sculpting a completely new expression (since the clothing is not done by Rainman himself) a V2 wouldn't serve any other purpose than to satisfy the Bill "thirst". Personally I like the limited run chic of Rainmans business, its half the draw for me. Let someone else have a crack at it.

Bickle of course seems to be a favorite which is great! However I've come to accept that I only want it when Rainman is ready to do it, and Bickle doesn't feel like a first of the year figure to me. That character is more of an Exclamation point!

I'd imagine an announcement can't be too far away maybe 3 or 4 weeks or so. He usually announces his next project before his last ships is that right?

it's not that i think suits are an invalid option for rm. there are characters i want to see done in suits. and i wouldnt be upset if rm took on the pulp crew either. and you have a point regarding the butcher, unfortunately it is the costume which i think rm is the best option for. or kato. but i think even the sculpt would be different if only for mr cutting's fabulous hair. i know you're not a fan turbo and i won't press it with you. but personally, having finally found a butcher set, i still would love a v2 from the man. and i dont see it diminishing the exclusivity of the brawler version. he did two durdens and i dont think one lessened the other in that case. same with mortimer and chaplin, i think. the butcher is in that category: like joker, fight club and GBU.
but i am not a fan of this Oz thing, myself, tho i think he'd do something worth seeing with it but it'd be an easy pass for me. which i could probably use.

I'm in the camp that says no to pulp fiction figures being done by Rainman, apart from the sculpts those are probably two of the easiest characters to bash, I'd like to see Iminime do them( they really don't get enough credit for there tailoring, see there CEO?) Hell Iminime could get away with just offering the sculpts, from there just get yourself a enterbay mib suit, and bam done!

Maybe when Rainman has run out of worth while characters to do then ya maybe do them then but until that time comes keep doing figures that don't waste your tailors time and aren't as easily bashed( Bickle, Pikey , Austin, Oldman Dracula, )

I would like to see RM just do a character that he wants to do....something that he may have been wanting to do for a long time now.....like Serang.

Por Favor!
