I get that especially in the clothing and accessories department RM is still king. I was referring to the sculpts that Iminime are doing, the latest sculpts are far more photo realistic than RMs most recent.

I get that especially in the clothing and accessories department RM is still king. I was referring to the sculpts that Iminime are doing, the latest sculpts are far more photo realistic than RMs most recent.
Iminime's clothing, I feel, is nowhere even close to what Rainman is offering. You can see it in Bickle the strongest.

This is really one the characters that I wish Rainman would consider. I think with his expertise in accessories, the tailoring and his sculpting ability, it would be unbelievable. Just imagine that long train at the end of Draculas Robe :drool
Accessories for me would be Lantern and Straight Razor. Sculpted Hands and Head of course with partial synthetic hair braid.

Yea I get that but most of the sculpts Iminime have done besides GBU haven't even been attempted by Rainman and vice versa, plus that Clint GBU was of Trevor fame but could have easily been somthing he had been working on and refined for some time before releasing it, otherwise why would they have approached Denny with it if it wasn't already in the burner? Assuming of course. :dunno. But there is no way you can say that Bill or Anton, Vince don't have a photo-realism to them. This Travis Bickle is amazing beyond words if you as me, it's gonna sink in for alot of people real soon.
I think where Rainman could improve is in his eye technique though, it seem he still does it freehand where as Iminime may use some sort of decal method (don't quote me on this as I don't know for sure, but there is definately somthing else going on with it besides a natural application....Some how Surfer's eyework is the natural freehand genuine article)

I'm with you on Bill, and Anton and I'd put Doc over Vince, as his most reallistic sculpts. But Iminime had the Lucy Liu and Uma, even that Lee Van Cleef from GBU was more realistic IMO than RM's last three sculpts(Vince, Jules Bickle)

I would agree with you. Iminime is getting better by the day. I am saying this as a neutral party and if i see their Tyler, bride, GBU... Some of the recent stuff has way better accuracy quotient. Let's see how this game evolves... As of now pic by pic likeness factor seems high on iminime sculpts. I know they haven't done similar sculpts like rainman however the figure should at least be close to the character and the closest i think rainman sculpt likeness was that of butch. Just my views. No hate guys

Raoul Duke would be a Fantastic figure.....but I gotta have it with the white fishermans cap with the green underbrim, and Rainmans gotta sculpt it with those wrinkles and creases in it.

Trevor wasn't working on Clint before the iminime project, but he did spend months working on it before it was revealed.

Edit: Happy to see Lee stick to what he wanted to do, and I think everyone will eventually come to like this decision, after Bickle its obvious that Rainman is at full speed again and I know he is going to knock Amsterdam out the park!
