Rainman wishlist thread

Been my biggest want for as long as I can remember.

I know you think I always have these clandestine, ulterior motives but I do not. From day dot of my correspondence with rainman I have always just broached to him fan favourites: dude, billv1, wonka with the odd suggestion that is not always widely desired: Amsterdam, Alex.

I've mentioned this to him before but he never really seemed too interested.

I really don't think that man. We've been peace for a long while. The list and characters you passed on to him is great.

Lord knows you've hated all my suggestions! And thats fine. But we do it for the love of the characters and films. I'm not in the market to have every Rainman figure. I love seeing the new projects come about even if I'm not buying.

Did you see me in the Bill 2 thread complaining and carrying on?

I'm more of the nature that we just don't see this version 2 thing become the norm. There are so many great characters that deserve the touch of the man.

Let's leave these secondary versions when the list is dwindling. There's plenty of time for them.

Duke is a great choice. I think the body is whats holding it back from happening. But that could be the one thing Rainman can shine at. Lets see him make it work. We know he has the ability to.

I'd be really curious to find out what figure Lee would pick if it was completely up to him, without any input. Not to take away from anybody's suggestions, but I'm wondering if he would pick something we haven't even considered? He could pick a musician, a political figure, an artist, a scientist, etc. Would be interesting.

He's not set up for this kind of stuff. You talking hottoys level production here. Only choice I'd personally go for is 2001, but again this really isn't Rainmans lane. Anime, nah. Django or Dr. Schultz would be interesting. Monsieur Candie would be my choice from the film.
