Thinking about his last 10 or so releases, I wouldn't be surprised if he would consider a lot of these characters that seem too left field. Even the real "B" cult classic characters like Lo Pan and Sho'nuf. From an artistic standpoint he may want to tackle them because he finds their sculpts challenging. And elaborate costumes make for awesome figures. Prince Akeem would be sik.

Yep. Rainman don't make guys in suits. He likes eccentric or cult characters.

Hopefully he sees Bateman as an exception to the rule. Aside from the classic character that he is, he is probably the only guy in a suit that's suitable to be a killer DX based on accessories alone. Everyhing that came with the Neca fig is a must. Top it off with a 2nd sculpt, blood splattered screaming/laughing and the blood splattered raincoat. FUGETABOUTIT!

Yes which would be a good sculpt for Bateman? Would think a little bit of hair would need to be added on to give him that 80's look. I'd bash him with a suit and walk man with headphones and an axe!

Not saying there is a good Bateman HS out there but there are Cristian Bale HS out there and RM would have to nail the Bale HS and paint up or else it will be very difficult to justify the price.

RM HS are usually dead on, but not always and if it isnt dead on or the paint up isnt right could it justify RM prices?

I am not talking to you diehard RM fans either I know you will buy it even if it came out like this

It would justify the price for the clothing set, but will it justify a Full set? :dunno

I wasn't implying that you were shooting him down broski. That lol face was for your Machinist pic. Sorry if I came across differently .

Personally I would go full set on him but I'm big time biased. It's one of my all time fav movie/character so I would stretch for if. Accessories: axe, chef knife, butcher knife, nail gun, walkman, briefcase, video tape(Neca's choices), bloody raincoat. Extra bloody sculpt would be sick but I'm sure would be offered with DX version. Hope this happens sooner than later

I was just trying to be politically correct before the Bate fans come out and chop me up :lol

As for the DX and Acccessories it sounds like a good idea. Sometime RM doesn't offer DX versions and only does FS
