Did you come up with a fix on the PERS? Also what became of the back removable head piece? Did you end up casting something new? If so, is the piece still easy to remove and get access to the PERS?

I only ask because I know changing the eye holes could change the way the how PERS function I believe.

Not sure I understand your questions, mate?

PERS: I didn't intend to do or indeed try any fix on PERS.

Back plate: Yes: as I posted previously I made a new back plate for the head, it's super basic as it's covered by hair. The existing version had to be dremmeled back to a very ugly awkward shape to work with. The new one is exactly the same, held on only with existing magnets.

I did nothing to the PERS eyeholes? Where did you get that idea?
And access to the PERS is through the back of the head as it always was?
Hair needs to be re futzed obviously, but I went through all that ages ago?

Nope, I sculpted eyelids on top of the opening so there is no difference at all to PERS operation.

I'm the same as Sallah (but I have the Ledger Joker). I took mine out of the display case. It just looked... wrong. :lol

It wasn't. just a lot of it to do.

Rory, just checking in - Have both the runs been combined since the list is closed at present ? Or would you get to the second run list later ?

Well the second run only consisted of a few orders, so I will continue straight into those when the first lot are shipped, so in list order really. There won't be much of a wait between the two.
I'm not taking on anymore commissions for a while after these are all done (second small run inc obviously).

Hey Holo, as I'm sure you found yourself on your own custom thread it's hard to give specific dates on delivery when working on multiples and enduring quality control throughout. But very soon. I'm clear of external work projects now, so I hope to get these out in next couple of weeks, Sallah's 89 Joker is done and will ship next week.

Take your time dude. All I (and I'm sure we all) ask is they're all up to the top standard you laid out for us on page 1.

Can't wait to see them all.

Thanks, that's exactly what I'm doing mate. I'm a bit of a detail freak as you can tell, so I tend to go over each head repeatedly and continue to touch up. I could have sent them out about 3 weeks
ago, as they were at the exact same level as the proto. Obviously these things are hand made so even the proto had some hand made quality elements to it, I'm trying to neaten and sharpen everything.
I know MRM's heads have quite a few fans on here, but I personally can't bare the sloppy glue hairline and some of the paint work. I want to ensure these are at a very different level.
As quite a few members on here will attest, I turn down any work which I don't believe will come out perfect. I wouldn't want my name attached to anything
that I wasn't 100% happy with.
