No worries, sometimes it takes time to go through Ukraine export department, then it`ll be marked as accepted/registered and released by customs. It happens all the time at their end, but we never lost packages for the last 4 years, lol

Is the small black pad designed to be placed on the front or back of the upper body?

Pad is for the back area, goes under clothes. You can add extra wadding to the back to make armor as close as possible to the suit. Wadding should be added to these areas also to make plastic parts closer to the suit
