Oh man that is taking longer than I've ever experienced. I'm sorry buddy, I'm sure you tried or you can try talking to your local post office and see if they can provide you with a way to contact US customs? I really hope it works out.

At the same times, you should still try to contact your local post office coz' it still show that the parcel was hold by custom since Nov.

I have a lady at Parcel Force looking into this also but they are taking their time I've lost count how many phone calls and emails I've sent i have even put in a complaint no one can tell where it is.

Customs say they don't have my package even thou it says awaiting customs clearance since the 24th November really unhappy paying speed post and now they say they don't have it well someone does and it's not me! Anyone else had this problem with customs I have received 2 Hot toys within a week from posting from Hong Kong and China! So don't understand this with a 1/6 jacket and 2 shirts!

I have gone to our post office on Monday, that they said the parcel had arrived UK and was hold by UK custom at Dept 24/NOV according to their record. Now I have sent the request for checking the parcel status, they would double check the location of the parcel. Hope that we will get the good news ray:

They further explained that if the parcel was hold by custom dept, they can do nothing as they cannot contact UK custom dept directly, and also, custom dept have the authority to investigate any parcel if needs. I will try to get more information from my side, such as the investigation leadtime.....

May I know who said the parcel lost, custom dept or post office? if so, can you get the written confirmation from them too.

it was on the phone to customs saying they don't have it but parcel force are saying they do its like giving me the run around, I understand customs can keep an item but how long for? its near 6 weeks this Sunday coming no one is replying to my emails how will i get written confirmation if i can't even get an email back... i find them very rude and un-helpful the whole system is disgusting I have never had a situation like this before.
