If this is going to be made don't know about everybody else ...but I would prefer the set to mimic rainmans it's very accurate .

Can't see back of pants... Does it have leather in back..?
Is it wrapped around like a boot? I see in small pic it runs up the leg into the buttock
The front I got! I think the leather on leg is different on the screen worn pants.

Does the pants waist have leather or is that part of the actual belt? Since Robbie msy be makng the belt set, we need to figure that out.

The pants do have a belt. But the rig with the knives will go over that. Similar to the set up Rainman did for the Butcher.

ok, for some reason I thought RM's belt was a "2 piece" the wider padding at the back with the thinner belt right on top of it. Is that wider portion actually part of the pant waist?

Correct. I do believe the wider portion is part of the waistband. At least that's what I believe after looking at numerous photos of the pants.

Rm belt is a 2 piece set these pants are off vm butcher slightly diff from rm's.

Rm doesn't have a belt other than the belt 2 piece rig .
I've asked alexi if he would kindly snap some shots of his rm butcher vest and pants back and front just waiting for him to get back to me .
I prefer rm pants to vm

Hm...see below for RM's initial pictures - obviously I don't own either RM or VM's Bill, so I don't know if the picture below was representative of the final product. If the wider pad is supposed to be part of the pants, then RM's isn't accurate it would seem, that belt is a 2-piece. I guess even though I prefer accuracy here, I also want Moe and Robbie (if he decides to make the belt - please do!) to be on the same page / in agreement because if the pants have the wider padding, then Robbie's belt wouldn't need to have it. And that would also mean, Robbie would have to wait for Moe's pants first before he can fit and design the belt.

vareika, The wide part is actually part of the rig and not part of the pants (after looking at more pics). The pants can have a velcro or button to close at the top of the pants and Robbie's rig would go at the top of the waist/pants to complete the look.

I am ok with going the RM approach as it probably also makes the pants more straightforward. Have no luck finding good photos though.

I think Joned wants to emulate the RM pants as well as the RM vest.
We need a kind soul with both RM and VM Butchers to take some comparison shots haha....

Personally I think we should go rm Top and bottom although vm is very good and I'm not knocking them there very good rainmans has the edge the leather bottoms tailoring is fantastic
