Rainman pants do come with the pinstripes. It's very subtle.

Gotcha. It's got to be faint. Doesn't pick up well on the computer or my old eyes don't work like they used to!!!

Gotcha! Ok I think the way Mao laid it out is how we should approach it:

Basically, RM's approach overall, but with a slightly darker color on the backside of the vest as shown in the screengrabs. Of course, final decision up to Moe, but that would seem the most screen accurate. Pinstripe pants with leather on the front but not on the backside.

I can always ask Moe to up the the run to 30...we'll see.

If any of you know someone with a RM Butcher...can you ask for pics (hi-res) of the rear of the pants from top to bottom without the belt/rig? This is the only thing holding things up for Moe.

I bumped a Butcher thread requesting pics but no response yet.

As always, greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I think some collectors don't see the need for Moe to copy Rainman's template. Given the amount of talent Moe's team has, they should offer a clothing set based on their interpretation of the outfit. Velvet Morning has his version, and Rainman has his. It actually would be interesting if Moe did the final battle scene outfit, the pants without the pinstripes has not been done yet apparently.

Valid point turbo.VS.ozone. I like the idea of the final battle outfit!


I think Moe will make this outfit unique in its own right. Guys that are interested want a RM look to the outfit which Moe will no doubt deliver on. Moe has stated he is not going to copy/reproduce RM outfit....so this will be Moe's take on the Butcher outfit.

moe's done the first fight Sean coat we should stick with the first fight Sean outfit with Robbies hat & shoes ect.

And if we're going screen accurate its going to be very simaler to rm's regardless anything other isn't going to be movie accurate hence defeating the object of this .

The guys who are wanting this outfit done are who missed rm offering and would like one equitably as good .

I stated I'm not copying RM... Mine will have stripes in pants as well!

Just need some info to work with guys! Or it is not going to work!
I communicate with my tailor over seas with detail pics which their are none from google...

Your help in this to make it as accurate as possible is greatly appreciated!!!!

I don't feel the need or want to copy anyone's clothing! It's moe productions style!
