I kept forgetting to tune in to this project and I popped in to make sure I can still get in, just to find what's going on. I hope he comes around and straightens everything out. I'd still like to get a few if these if all gets back on track

Hey all,
I had shipped them and right after that I had to go out of town for work once more but I didn't know it would be for more than just a few days. (You know that's one of my biggest problems atm, that I can't plan well with my current job. - But that will change in a while.) Anyway, I will be home again this weekend to check and send the tracking details.
At least the shipments to U.K. should be there by now.
Will get back to you this Saturday.

Is the option available to file a claim in PayPal? Even if it's past 180 days, if a number of people all file a claim, perhaps PayPal will lock up his account and force him to take some sort of action. He might still be using the account for other things.

He logged on a few days ago, so I'm sure he's seen these posts. His inability to update anyone is telling. This really is too bad. But I would do what it takes to get your money back sooner rather than later.

Last time he logged in he sent me a pm saying that he shipped it again which I can't make any sense but didn't send any tracking information whatsoever.
Just giving him a couple more days and file a claim on paypal afterwards since I am one of the lucky ones who got in on this late.
