Okay gentlemen so ... here is the deal. I was talking to my mold and cast guy, and there is a bit of an issue. This is going to be harder to mold and cast then we original thought since I took the hair sculpt so much further over the last 2 months. It is going to require that this piece be molded and cast in at least 2 separate pieces, and 3 might be preferable. I was talking with Call Me The Doctor and we both think that this increase in complexity and the additional time it is going to take to do these that we are going to have to raise the price of these by $50 a piece to help pay for the increase in materials and time required. So the final cost would be $200 USD+shipping+fees.

I will also admit that when we originally floated this out there at a cost of $150 she looked like this



and now she looks like THIS



That was 2 completely different hairsculpts ago, and many many different variations and detail changes to the head and the cowl. I am talking about at least 100 hrs of work.

We also have decided to increase the total ES to 50 simply because the cost of producing these is going up so much that we want to return more of the cost with 20 additional heads.

If any of you are not happy with this and have put down a deposit already please feel free to get a refund at no cost. We apologize for the change, but we feel that our molder, caster, and painter is going to be taking on a lot more work, and that there needs to be more of a return for him.

Thank you so much lucifixion.... Honestly we hated to do it, but this is just so much more complicated then it originally was. I have learned more making this little lady then just aout any other sculpt, and that has made her possible, but then I had to find solutions to the other issues that I created. In the end I actually learned to how to properly do cutouts and keys for this badgirl, and maybe when I get a chance I will show you guys just how complex she is. Now it is nothing compared to the big boys and girls, but now I could get a little closer to that level. I will also be honest I tried to make my "painters" job as easy as possible, but I sure as heck complicated his life when it comes to the molding and casting part of the process. He is going to hate me some days. However, it the end I think she will be that much more amazing for you guys

Yes, it definitely wasn't an easy decision. With how much effort done we just wanted the absolute best head. We knew statues like Batman and Magneto got quite the amount of customs but with Babs, we assumed we'd be the only one; and we want something everyone could be proud of. We appreciate everyone's understanding and support. This will be one absolutely stunning head!

Yes, it definitely wasn't an easy decision. With how much effort done we just wanted the absolute best head. We knew statues like Batman and Magneto got quite the amount of customs but with Babs, we assumed we'd be the only one; and we want something everyone could be proud of. We appreciate everyone's understanding and support. This will be one absolutely stunning head!

Yeah, and as far as I can tell we are IT for Batgirl heads, and we wanted it to absolutely be a killer sculpt. Though we have considered a few others between the two of us this one is one that we really want guys to be proud to have on their statues. Again the understanding is really appreciated.

When you're dealing with these amounts of money, I would think most people would want the highest quality for a proportionally greater expense. I mean, you're already spending $150 minimum, another $50 to make the quality the best it could be seems fair.
