Okay, the sculptor got back to me:

"I'm glad a lot of people will get interested in my work.
Well, I want to answer the question.
I hope $ 150 for painted and $ 60 for unpainted. I will take more than one month to make these works.

Another update:
The sculptor says that the sizing of the sculpt is in line with Hot toys sculpts. He also said that he could make the sculpt compatible with the HT neck. I asked for some unpainted pics as well.
