I have a photo of my jay head on a ttm22 with a vortoys suit earlier in this thread. The small size you speak if is very apparent, even with a body that small it shows how a suit tailored for a standard ttm18 looks far too big for his head.

to solve the height issue, ankle peg extenders are easily available for cheap on eBay.
