Well to be honest I dont have any interest in "branch out" from my personal tastes, You never expect me to make a John Lennon or a new Ledger Joker, or Austin Powers, (I really dont like Austin Powers movies and in fact I love John Lennon music but I dont have any interest in a figure)
I not only love horror, I love a lot of other stuff as well, Scifi, Fantasy, comic books, clasic books, spaghetti westerns and Mexican movies of El Santo, I like Luis Buñuel and Tarantino and a lot of other things, some close of terror and some very far...
But the fact is this: I really love collect and make 1/6 horror figures, and I enjoy make this figures, I spend 100% of my time working in this, is a very hard and demanding work, but is real fun for me!!
I have the luck that my hobby has become my job for living, and Im my own boss, So if Im free of choice any project I want, why I need to jump on a project that I have no passion or interest to do?
I do not do horror figures because I feel safe in this genre, or that this is the only type of figures I can do, I make Horror figures because i LOVE make this kind of figures!! and this is mi secret ingredient: I only produced figures that I really want to produce ( in the same way you only buy the figures you really like)
And I choice the figures I want see in my own shelf, from characters I love, you can ask me to do Austin Powers figures... but thats not for me.
For shure I try to offer some other kind of characters in the future, but all based in our personal tastes, and well.. you know part of my tastes LOL!!
