It is a off white resin not that white plastic that is hard to keep paint on.

Is this a sample of the painted one? If so, how much are these going for ?

If you buy it and get it painted at the same time it is $50 for paint and $60 for the head. As you can see from the top pic it can be painted anyway you want.

I am in the process of finishing up moving. It is crazy hard and when I stacked my collection in the new garage I realized it time to sell everything except 25% of my HT stuff. I hope by this coming Friday to have 20 sets of gloves and belts ready but the boots still need more work.
