You guys do realize that option 1 is in the film for a very short time, he is either wearing option 2 (beginning outfit), bearskin, or end scene outfit...

So for us to go with option 1 (No Bearskin, full weathered) it is a waste as the bearskin which is the "Iconic" look that most will be going with, you don't even see his outfit really.
So the choice of option 1 is useless, atleast with option 2 (beginning outfit) you get 2 looks...

1. the look of the beginning of the movie with the big fight, boat ride, and the incredibly amazing bear fight, or
2. the iconic bearskin post bear fight route...

(The Bearskin covers the whole outfit)

To be specific, I want the main look to be focused on the survival appearance - bandaged hands, scarred and frost-bitten face, ragged clothes. The opening fight scene is clean - I wouldn't mind that stuff in addition to the more rugged survival look, but not as the main look with the bear coat as an extra.

whoa wait.. I say option 2 looks better..
Option 2 you don't really need the bear skin and it would still look cool.
you can make the bear skin optional.

plus i bet you the tailor would rather do option 2.

Or should we ask option #1 plus bearskin

Or option #2 plus bearskin

Well the bandaged hands can be included... if you want post bear use them, pre bear just use regular hands. As for face, dirtied works for both, so does ragged clothes, his clothes in the beginning are far from clean, I wouldn't describe anything from this film as clean, he's always dirty haha

wait I'm confused now. lol
in this pic i want option 1 lol
actually they both look pretty cool to me!

Let's just post if we want option #1 -

I'll take the choices to Scott

That was when we were debating beginning outfit or end outfit, seems beginning outfit won, now its beginning outfit with the bearskin or that small scene of him really weathered and the bearskin.

It's the same outfit just after attack as before...it would have been sewn up where it was ripped by the bear. That's the only difference in the clothes. You can do both looks no matter what...but the head is probably gonna be scarred...that goes with option 1, which he wears from 30 minutes to an hour 45 minutes in. He takes the bearskin off several times during this period.

Yes true, but having it highly weathered and sewn up (option 1) will just be covered with the bearskin, because who will display him post bear fight without the bear skin, yes he takes off the bearskin several times, but they are extremely short periods because of how cold the weather is. I just think option 2 serves way more display options, the main being post bear fight with bearskin, bear fight, and pre bear fight, thats 3, where as option 1 just serves 1, post bear fight.

beginning outfit with the bearskin.

I would display it without bearskin. That thing covers too much up

Also, a post Bear Fight Face is still very usable for pre bear fight.

Scott will probably go with a scarred look which will be post bear attack... which the look is lighter on accessories/belt. With the post bear attack look you still get on the essential accessories he actually used throughout the movie the most.

That sculpt can still be used for the beginning/bear fight outfit.

How about you just put a belt and get some guns and yours looks like the beginning scene then with option 1 as your choice. Blink if you want option one Andrew....he blinked guys...option 1 for AJK as well.

That's blood, and dirt man not bear attack wounds

Those scars on the side won't be seen, thats a misleading picture to what the final sculpt would look like, only the top scar would be there, and it heals up better than that pic. That pic is exactly when he gets off the stretcher before any journey.
