yea Sean that one is the one I mentioned, with his gloves they kind of look like tight because you can see how bony and creepy long fingers like the phantasm figure you did.

Im going to include more pics of similar gloved hands.

the coloring is wrong on this image though it was always a tanish color, plus it the gloved hands were only tied at the wrist making the cuff span out

but you get the idea even in the animated series he had long bony fingers in very tight gloves aside from the cuff.

but the stitching on the palm of gloves is a wicked detail that literally makes his appearance sewn together. He was the only character that looked tim burtonish before tim burton made batman

Re: Scarecrow comic book type

Yeah, that tattered look like it matches the mask is great. :clap

Whats the estimate on the full set?

Re: Scarecrow comic book type

the full set comes with a right grip hand and left claw like hand and a pair of bootfeet with molded boots for $40bucks.

for the head, hat and kit that is $140 TOTAL PLUS SHIPPING

the claw hand which can be posed with arm outstretched to intimidate. or palm side up to hold a small object or to hold the scythe. so the claw hand should have fingers stretched enough apart to to pull this effect off. both gloved hands will have a rope like detail around wrist. and flaring in cuff with tattered ends.

the gripping hand should be used with the scythe and holding item's. Since scarecrow never used a gun it wont be a trigger hand.

the bootfeet will be a pop in style using either for triad omega bodies or hot toys style hole which is very similar. they will be molded to look like the feet of 6"action figure without the joint used for those figures. it will be tapered towards toes. with stich detail like the gloves, and rope like detail tie around ankle with flared cuff that is tattered.

sean might do a seperate relaxed hands or an alternant hand kit with right claw hand and left grip hand but those will be $20 since they wont be apart of the kit. but a separate item and we need at least 10 people interested in those hands. So vote if you want a second set of hands and what style
relaxed or alternates

Re: Scarecrow comic book type

this scrony guy in the middle is the body we are aiming for using since most of the slims out their are just not skinny enough. How many agree. and their reasonably priced. Once we get the go ahead I will contact you guys who placed an order with us with place to get him.

the wrist peg for hands looks similar to the ones with small hand holed hands.
the foot peg reminds me alittl of triad and early ht toys

Re: Scarecrow comic book type

it would be cool to have a 1/6 scale frayed piece of rope to put around the neck!

Re: Scarecrow comic book type

I found thread with that corded effect. Wax thread does come in a golden tan which looks like rope and if you cut choppy it will fray like rope does

I bet that will look better than a sculpted rope
