Re: [TORIBOX]GONY Bill the Butcher "Whoopsie Daisy" outfit(FULL PAYMENTS DUE)

That is a good point haha, but doesn't answer any of my questions about this process going on here.

There's really nothing I have to explain to you Andrew. Someone else backed out and offered up his spot and didn't ask for a refund. He agreed to my terms. You just like to complain and cause headaches for everyone. So from now on, please stay from any future runs of mine.

Re: [TORIBOX]GONY Bill the Butcher "Whoopsie Daisy" outfit(FULL PAYMENTS DUE)

The denial of a refund for a deposit that wasn't required just seems wrong...

Actually you took my money so you do have to explain to me. As for someone else backing out and offering their spot and not asking for a refund probably has to do with the fact you made it seem like deposits were required and put a NRD on them. I don't like to complain for no reason, I like to complain when I feel I'm being taken advantage of. Im happy to stay away from your future runs after I get a refund for a deposit that wasn't even required...

The way I always understood it, by sending the deposit you secure your spot. You can wait until the prototype + final price, but potentially miss out, depending on the run size..

The reason I've never had a problem with past runs is because everyone involved knew the terms and knew what they wanted. Judging by your terrible collecting habits, I think I know why you're complaining. But I won't discuss that here.

Ya you can make this about my collection habits and blah blah but lets stick to the point here man, stop straying, no one here is talking about anything other than the topic at hand, act professionally man, I would like a refund on the deposit I sent which wasn't even required for anything....

That's one reason. :exactly:

Im still waiting for a reasonable explanation on why I can't have a refund on my deposit when the deposit wasn't needed for anything, its not like I'm robbing you of $50, you just said it wasn't needed, therefor all you have to do is send it back... I don't understand the problem.

Re: [TORIBOX]GONY Bill the Butcher "Whoopsie Daisy" outfit(FULL PAYMENTS DUE)

Someone else will be taking my spot, you will received a PM from them Hector, adios! :wave

Re: [TORIBOX]GONY Bill the Butcher "Whoopsie Daisy" outfit(FULL PAYMENTS DUE)

Has the price always been $335? Don't remember it being that high. When we paid the deposit I was under the impression it would be closer to her normal prices ie. $250 range. There a reason this is higher? The Candie outfit by her was the same amount of items, coat, shirt, vest, pants, and tie and a smaller run and it was $250 I believe. Not trying to be a pain just wondering why this is $85 more.

Andrew, you can always contact Yunsil and get a price quote directly from her. That's one way of getting the honest price.

I PM'd you Hector and asked you a question on here---

When is the deadline to send in the payment to pay off my remaining balance? I don't have the funds ready at this moment.

Re: [TORIBOX]GONY Bill the Butcher "Whoopsie Daisy" outfit(FULL PAYMENTS DUE)

I know I'm going to look like the bad guy here, and I'm sorry about that, but when we were asked to pay the $50 Non refundable deposit I was under the impression the price wasn't going to stray that off from $250. Im sure I'm not alone, its boggling my mind that no one else has brought this up, am I the only one? Are others just afraid to get on your bad side haha?

Im not accusing you of anything Hector, and I know its not wise to get on your bad side because you organize a lot of runs for which I'm grateful for, but this isn't sitting well with me.

Like I said the Calvin Candie outfit which used a very intricate vest print and had a much smaller run size was $250 for the same amount of items and complexity. Now this outfit is $85 more!? Had I known the outfit was going to be so much prior to the deposit I wouldn't have jumped in. In all honesty I would like my deposit back, sorry to create such a headache for you but this is quite a price jump.

Andrew,

Im on the same page as you. When i made the $50 deposit i was under the impression it would be around $250 total for the outfit. And i like the comparison to the Candie outfit because it is a similar execution. I too would NOT have made the deposit knowing the outfit would of cost this much. And I would also like my deposit back if possible please.

Thank you for replying to my PM Hector. Appreciate that. I'll be sure to get the payment in asap.

Re: [TORIBOX]GONY Bill the Butcher "Whoopsie Daisy" outfit(FULL PAYMENTS DUE)

why not just buy the outfit...and sell it afterwards for 500 dollars?! #customs

:exactly: These sorts of customs are the safest 1/6 investment.

Andrew, you can always contact Yunsil and get a price quote directly from her. That's one way of getting the honest price.

Why would ShortRound be charging extra? Are you suggesting he's trying to scalp us? I don't believe that for a second. Yunsil runs by other people here all have had a similar price.

I personally always thought of the deposit as non refundable. When I paid the deposit for the Indy set, I knew that was the case and I had faith that everything would pull through well, and it did. Yunsil's done a fine job on the prototype, even with a few of the usual colour corrections here and there. I agree that the price is very high, and it's driven away the thought that I'd had of taking the 35th spot. But it's always been this way. People have sold their spot on lists like these before. I don't see why this had to get so heated. :peace

Re: [TORIBOX]GONY Bill the Butcher "Whoopsie Daisy" outfit(FULL PAYMENTS DUE)

I'm not suggesting anything, just advising Andrew that he can get a price quote directly from Yunsil if he's interested in how she prices things. These are her customers after all. If these items are priced fairly and the price is what Yunsil is charging now than why would anyone need to get defensive about it? Shorty organizes these runs very well but he doesn't have a monopoly on these clothing runs. He's proven himself trustworthy so what's the worry if paying customers ask a few questions or need some accommodations.
