Toshiro Mifune / Sanjuro / Yojimbo 1961

So I was just looking for Alfrex figures on google and stumbled upon this:

This pretty much sparked my interest to commission a full on figure from the likes of Rainman or Iminime. Anybody else interested? If this works out I would love to see Shintaro Katsu as Zatoichi or Lone Wolf and Cub later? We got the best of West with figures from the Dollars Trilogy hell even Doc Holiday. Now I feel like we need to expand our horizons to the East.

That custom is crazy good.

**** to be honest I'd be down to throw truck loads of money on a set of updated Seven Samurai. but baby steps first. If we can get one.... it would be Mifune

Great to see that there seems to be a lot of interest still. Hopefully this can be resurrected and some artists can still be found to do the work even if the numbers are a little lower (and the costs a little higher) than usual.
