:lecture I won't deny I feel that way partially because I've paid for Beto's Part 2 already. :lol Evil Dead 1 Ash would be an ideal release for me in that manner. Sadly, the aesthetics of a ED2 or AOD Ash kill the first. None of the iconic looks are from the OG. So I would put my money on a ED2.

I agree, the more interesting look for a figure is either Hero or Deadite Ash but pt.1 by far trumps pt.2 in my book, so this would be one of those occasions that I'd prefer the less interesting but more meaningful (to me) versions of a character over the "shelf popper". The pt.1 chick trio is way high on my horror want list too

FWIW, only Evil Dead 2 is available for licensing.

That's why NECA did a bunch of versions of Ash from ED2.

If that's the case, that's too bad. I just figured that Neca was chasing the more popular looks. Maybe Denny could look into doing a pt. 1 Ash and demon chick trio in the usual off the books fashion. I'd love to see Iminime break into the horror realm and it doesn't seem like Beto has any interest in doing the girls. Then again if they did acquire the ED2 license, I suppose making unlicensed pt.1 stuff is a big no-no

I can't see 1/6 females being worth. . .well, anyone producing to be honest, be it a major company or small custom operation. Maybe his girlfriend that gets zombified and has her head knocked off--post-zombification, of course. Folks interested in that license at all, for the most part, are going to want Ash and zombies/monsters.

:exactly: That's what I'm saying; the girls post possession. I'm sure most of us would need the girls pre-possessed as much as we'd need a Jem and the Holograms set :lol
