Help Support Custom One-Sixth Figures Forum:
alright, Ive gotta say this publicly.
after god knows how long (upwards to two years) I finally got my package. It was shipped to my old address in Canada. After three PMs telling pedro I moved (which he acknowledged he received earlier in this thread) he STILL shipped it to the old and incorrect address. Luckily, I know the people in the place and they are cool and are gonna send it over to me. This however, very easily could have not been the case.
I always tried to give Pedro the benefit of the doubt, saying that delays happen, but they were due to circumstances beyond his control and not due to him personally not paying attention. This shows me I was wrong to do that. Ill never order anything through him again, Im lucky to even be receiving this package. Really bummed out man, not how you handle business.

My last post was removed as I was showing a picture of the last PM I got from you with your "new" address and a picture with the package I sent you with that address on it, it seems that it was an error on YOUR side as you sent me your old address instead of the new one in the PM.
I also forwarded that PM to you. Please let me know when you can. This is the first time I have a problem with a package in this forum.

1) I am assuming all run 1 are sorted
2) only yunsils outfit is remaining right?
A humble request!
Can you based on above assumptions send us (or at least me) all of the stuff (my sculpt painted by Jake! Accessories , certification etc) cause that's ready for sure as indicated by you. Once the yunsil outfit is ready just ship that separately. Am sure this shld be possible!

All figures in the 1st run have shipped, except for 2 sets that I'm still waiting to receive the pending balance. But this in no way is impacting the 2nd run.
Regarding the 2nd run, the material was found and they are on production now, that's the only thing holding the sets.
Talking about that, there are still people in the 2nd run that need to cover some pending balance, please send it to me as soon as possible.

Just want a little clarity on the timing about when the clothes will be ready and will begin mailing

Pls do ship the same. you had always indicated to me that since I was getting my head painted separately and not through your second run painters you had technically tagged me as run 1.5 (in your own words) so pls ship everything except the outfit and ship me the outfit as soon as you get the same.
Also pls ship all the Marshall stuff (I believe only head sculpt is pending there and since mine is unpainted you can give the head sculpt to me later)
Also pls make sure you give a thorough look at all the stuff so we don't have to deal with any issues later! Hope and look forward for your support here!

Ok, also without offending you or anyone, this is what I have say about your post:
1) If anyone else have the same questions, concerns or thoughts as you are saying they have, they can PM me directly, I have always answered all questions sent to me and I have never offended or persecuted anyone for asking questions or asking for updates.
2)Your are not involve on the gas masks thread but I will give you a reply on this just to make you happy. Everyone there know that we have an issue with the person doing the masks, that was my first project and I had to hire another person to start working on them instead of sending crap product. People not happy with the wait and asked for the money back have been refunded. So they know where things are.
3)The only threads where people is desperate about updates everyday are the ones where you and other guy that I'm not going to mention his name here are involve. I remember back in the day you posting everyday about opening a 2nd run for the Calvin project when the project was already close, and I thought, hey let's help this guy (and the other guy pming me everyday) out to get the figure, what can go wrong. I can now say it was the worst error I have made since I joined this forum.
4)With your points 2,3 and 4 you are pretty much accusing me of stealing 80K from people, and that's something I don't like. I'm not Moe and I'm not running away with no one's money, and it is absurd to say that I'm keeping all that money for myself. Do you think that, if I was keeping all the money for me I could get the outfits from Yunsil?, hire the sculptors to do the sculpt and show the prototype?, pay Robbie to complete the accessories for Calvin run 1 and 2 even when there's people in the 2nd run that have not sent the balance? Complete Calvin 1st run? I don't think so, you don't know how much of my personal money I have invested so that I can have people happy and keep the project going. I'm NOT getting rich with this projects, as I'm not Rainman, I'm not an artists doing the job, I'm just a producer, I'm not getting the money for all the work, and I'm not making all pieces so I can't give you an exact date on where the job will be completed as I'm just passing the info from the makers.
5)I have helped a lot of people in this forum, and I have been very accessible regarding payments, you can ask them. And I'm not posting about it and PMing them everyday saying that they are BAD costumers and that they never paid just because they have some issues to get the payment or deposit in time.
6)I don't know what kind of intervention you are looking for, but I'm not running away, I'm here; the only thing I can assure is that the figures will be completed and the only 2 options I can offer is to wait for the figure to be completed or to get your money back. If you or anyone want to reach out to an admin/mod to get a different resolution you are welcomed to do it. I will also check with them to see if I also have the right to refrain from selling a figure to a person and provide a refund instead.
7)Again, if you want an specific and personal resolution, I'm here to talk with you about it.

Hey Pedro hope everything works out and hope I am not the other guy your referring to as I was one of the ones that asked for a 2nd Run to happen and probably Pm you a few times about it Don't know why would be a Mistake as i paid in full for this and made all payments in reasonable time frame and never hassled you and always was respectful as were you, so don't think its me but don't know who else would be. Only reason I gave my spot to someone else was cause I am on the Priest Son Amsterdam list and only need one Leo in my Collection and Would rather have that one also made sure it was ok with you first.

1) since I had literally begged Jake to do my sculpt and got it done separately for Calvin (he has a 5 + months plus waiting) and due to the fact that you are shipping my Calvin stuff soon I will wait for it! And proceed towards its completion! I am too invested in that both from time and effort perspective!
2) As for Marshall and Shultz I don't think I have faith that they are moving in the right direction and u can refund me for the same!
3) also I have stayed away from rest of your lists so we are good and you don't have to worry about me in the future!
