The issue with the lapel has been resolved, when I say no updates is because Yunsil is working on them, I can't give you an exact date because that is on Yunsil's side, but should be by the end of this month beginning of October.

completely puzzles me. Yunsil is churning out a new outfit every 3 months. "proto to delivery". no idea why these outfits are taking so so long. These (2nd run) are lower in count and have been on her schedule for ~1-1.5 years now. She just gave an indication for 18th December for the butcher set shipment. And here we have no idea when its gonna get done.
Pedro you might wanna tell her if not already told that these have been placed and payed for well in advance so may be she should visit these first?

She is working on them, I'm sure about that. I can't give you an exact date because I don't have it, but things are moving. As I mentioned before, I don't have an update every week.

But please don't compare this project with others where the only thing being done is the outfit, to be honest, no one is doing what we are doing here, it is so complicated to handle a project with multiple artists involve. The reason why our new projects are moving faster (like Django) is because I have a new sculptor in the team helping us, which makes things easier.

With all my respect, if someone is worried about his money or your figure not being delivered, or if you think I'm lying to you, you are more than welcome to report me (like someone already did) or ask for a refund and I will be happy to find a good resolution for you. Thanks!

I don't believe in reporting people - I am typing on this thread as you had asked me to. Not sure why that is an issue.
I also understand complexities.

Lastly - no one is asking every week! You had said month end so followed up month end.

This figure is stuck cause of outfits hence the comparison between her churning out outfit after outfit but not completing these outfits .

Just to be clear, I'm not saying that I will not deliver the figure and that I will give refunds instead, I'm just mentioning this because there are people at this point not willing to wait any longer, so the option is on the table, as you mentioned, I committed to this project and I will complete it for sure.

I'm not saying that I'm not ok with asking for updates, but I don't like the "why you haven't completed this project when others are" comparison. I didn't mean to offend anyone, I have always answered questions and being nice to everyone, so I just expect the same from my clients.

Pedro - very frankly!

1) I think you shld also appreciate that everyone is very nice to you!

2) If you consider all these people as your clients - do see if you can reach out to them for some feedback! You will be surprised!!! while I am the vocal one - I probably shld be least of ur worry!

3) You shld also read this thread / there are people (clients) who you say you will send pm and you don't. The timeline keeps moving forward and forward. Etc. people have backed out not cause of timeline cause they were loosing "faith"

No one is being mean to you but if you don't think that "the communications rendered here are inadequate" and if you genuinely feel that people are not keeping patience you need to revise your expectations on buyer seller relationships. I think we all are patient!

Lastly its inevitable that comparisons will happen. Cause the manufacturer of the outfit is not you or me - it's yunsil. You are the communications manger so it's important you communicate to her that there is a sense of confusion cause these outfits are not yet done! That is a simple truth! No drama! Basic simple truth! That it will be great if you can post a response from Her here with a timeline or some assurance cause this is the only project where her own reputation is being damaged! (That's imp to her!)

My last post! But you shld share with her our concerns that we really appreciate her work but need her to let us know a tentative timeline like she does for your peers projects! May be you can post her response here!

Can you based on above assumptions send us (or at least me) all of the stuff (my sculpt painted by Jake! Accessories , certification etc) cause that's ready for sure as indicated by you. Once the yunsil outfit is ready just ship that separately. Am sure this shld be possible!
