Sent a message on 11/8 asking for a refund, was told I would get it within a few days and did not. Checked in again in December, was told that I would be getting part of the refund, did not. Sent a PM a couple of weeks ago and two follow-ups after that and have not heard back. PM responses have been slow. I am becoming very concerned with this project.

Hi, I'm going to reply to you here too so everyone is aware. I know this project has been delayed a lot, but I already explained that most of the time it is something that is not in my hands. I offered a refund to some of you as a favor for your patience and told you that I was trying to get the money from my pocket as I already invested the money you guys gave me in the stuff I ordered from the artists. I'm not a rich person, neither have the funds to invest in this kind of projects, make a lot of figures and then sell them and get my investment back. I'm just a regular person like most of you.

I was trying to get money for you and other member but I haven't been able to get the entire money for you, I have also trying to sell your spot so that I can give you all your money back, but no luck yet. Please just understand that at certain point, I'm unable to give a refund as the money is already with the artists.

Again, I'm not running with anyone's money, I have been pretty busy, because I have a day job too as most of you. What I can promise is that I will try to get back to everyone's PM more often and try to sell your spot so I can give you all your money back soon.

Reason I told you before that I was going to give you a refund in December was because I had 2 people interested in spots for this project but they backed out.

Pedro told me that the sculptor, Eric Sosa, was responsible for sending the s illy to JD Kim for painting a few months ago and JD told me he didn't receive the sculpt from whomever was supposed to send it. Irregardless, someone needs to provide a timeline so we see all on the same page. Who has the sculpt? Why has it not been sent to JD?

damn, this needs to be solved asap as it directly relates to the progress on the django figures, unless JD has those and can start on them in the meantime...

I wanted to jump in on this but after reading through what's going no thank you.

Hi, update guys.

I know this is bad news but I want everyone to be aware of what's going on.

I found out that the sculpts that were supposed to be sent by Erick were not, that's why he never got them. I know this is something is not in my hands but I as project manager take responsibility because I should have put more attention to this. The good news is that I have gotten from Erick everything related with the sculpt including the digital files for both Wyatt and Schultz, but I need to pay for cast again and send them to JD as soon as possible. I have talked with him and he will help me to put us in front of the line to complete the heads before other projects.

I know this is not the kind of news you wanted to hear, but at least from now on I will have total control on the sculpts and the rest of the items for this project. I foresee that by the time Robbie completes the guns, the heads will be ready too. The rest of the items are pretty much ready.

If you have more questions please let me know. Again, I apologize for this issue that delays the project even more, but at least is something that I was able to fix.

Thank you for the update. Do you have all the boots in hand? I know when you added photo's before, everything was shown in full, but only one pair of boots. Just want to make sure we are all on the same page so there are not anymore misunderstandings. Thanks.
