So a month ago the sculpts were going to be sent to JD for the sample paint. I'll check with JD and see where we are on this.

JD Kim said he is still waiting on the sculp to be sent so he can paint it. Pedro, he said he messaged you asking about it. Not cool, it's been over a month since you discovered the sculptor didn't send it, and you had the necessary information in hand.

Has anyone gotten any of their product from any of Pedro's projects? Has any of the other projects moved forward since last fall? Or has it just been this string of excuses and delayed responses? Pedro has thousands of other peoples dollars invested in his projects and hasn't even had any activity on the boards since 2/15/16, a month ago. This feels just like the Moe scam - excuses, stalling, and nobody getting anything. I hate to throw out that comparison, but this feels the exact same.

If this isn't what is happening, I'd love to see Pedro come on here and produce some kind of tangible progress. Also, if anybody does get a hold of him, I really think we should get whatever he has (Yunsil clothes, badges) shipped to us now. I'd really like to at least get something to show from this project.

I don't mean to raise a ruckus and I know Pedro has been a good member in standing before, but this has really dragged on way too far.

I'm a part of two Pedro's outstanding projects. The Amsterdam figures are all me and are moving along slowly. These, I'm just the gun guy but I hope to be done with those shortly. I can't speak about any of the others but wanted to chime in my stuff.

Hey there.

First of all, I just want to apologize for not providing updates, I know some of you will say I'm just giving more excuses, but this is what's happening:

1.- I'm not like Moe, and I'm not running out with anyone's money. The first run of Calvin Candie was already delivered to the people that paid their balance.
2.- This and the Schultz project were delayed in the first place due to an error from Erick where the sculpts where printed to small, everybody already knows that.
3.- I was trying to make Erick to fix them, print them again and send them to JD (as I was told by him) with no luck, finally he opted for giving me the digital files of the sculpts because he obviously didn't have time.
4.- When I got the files, I had to ask another artists to help me scale them again to the correct size, and while working on that I got word from this new artist that the holes at the bottom of the sculpts were not even there, and there were also other imperfections he needed to fix, and that he will need to charge me $500 usd to fix all of that, plus I will need to pay another extra $300-400 for the new prints. On top of the almost 2K I already paid to the first sculptor.
5.-Since that, I have been looking for a cheaper option to have the sculpts ready, because I will need to pay this almost $900 from my pocket, because is not you guys fault all of this right?
6.- The boots are still to be delivered to me, but that will be soon. The outfits are in hand, as well as the badges and CoAs. There are some people that asked me to ship the outfit to them and they paid for the shipping, if you want I can ship to you what I have, but sorry, I will not do it for free.
7.- On top of all of that, I have been through very difficult times at home, my day job and personal issues that have been consuming most of my time, barely sleeping 5 hours at day. I didn't want to mention this because some people couldn't care less, but having a child with a disability at home can sometimes impact your whole world.
8.- Believe it or not, i'm not making any money from this project, in fact, I will loose around the money of 2 custom figures.

And finally, any questions or doubts are welcome, I will update the thread again once I have found a cheaper option for the sculpts, I will be working on that.

Thank you for the communication Pedro. Stuff gets in the way sometimes and that is totally understandable. Please just understand where people are at with this. All you have to do is communicate the issues like this when they pop up.

I was scammed by Moe, so I am a bit twitchy about this stuff. Sorry for any offense.

I thougt you are doing dr schultz and the django Accessoires as well..?

Pedro, I'm sorry to hear everything that this project(s) has or have become...I really am....but maybe you just took on too many projejcts at once...that's why that comparison was made to Moe....hopefully all could be resolved soon...

you mentioned that this (tombstone) and Shultz have been delayed by the size of the heads and Amsterdam, we already know why he is delayed...that still leaves 2 other projects....2nd wave of Calvin Candie....Django...whats the status on those...have you received the clothing for those yet?

if we can get a rough timeline or status of all outstanding projects, that will be great and make things a lot clearer for people involved. Thanks Pedro for the updates.

I don't claim to know the cost of producing a sculpt, but the numbers seem quite high to me. If Erik was supposed to handle this portion and he didn't follow through, then where is the money for that? Was he paid? What has he produced that is tangible? Maybe some people with more experience than myself should step in and help Pedro figure this out so that we all have the best outcome with this project.

I talked to Pedro today and I offered to see about getting the sculpt cast by the one I am using for the Nightcrawler cameras. They are one of the best so I know the casts will be done right. I'm waiting on a price quote from them. He told me Erik is making corrections to the sculpt before printing. That's all I know guys. I don't mind helping. I'll make sure and let you guys know when I hear more. Even though I am just the gun guy, I've put my heart into those so I want these make sure these keep moving forward.

Wow those gun boxes are amazing, really excited to get this figure completed . Great work Robbie!

The entire presentation of the gun is just masterful. I don't even dare to imagine the amount of eye stain suffered in reproducing the wording on those grips.
