I think they were not happy with the sales of platoon figures. But on the other hand he is the most important character in the film imo.
This head can help us to complete the set.

Sold Taylor and Barnes (2 great figures) because there was no point in owning 2 figures in a line that only ****ing needed one more character for completion and Hot Toys decided not to bother.
