For Bret's boots I built up the calves thickness with sculpy and put the socks on and after that they fit super snug, no need to glue

Still some work to do (like figuring out how to get the glasses to stay on straight!), but I finally got around to putting this guy together. Thanks to Ted for making this happen! Really a dream figure to me.

I was sweating bullets putting the suit over the muscle biceps, but no tears! And I forgot to put on the thigh extenders initially, but managed to slide them under the leggings instead of playing Russian Roulette with the straps.

That looks fantastic Sam! Very happy to hear you got the outfit on with no tears.

There's a very small slit in the side of the hair for the glasses. I ended up taking a small hobby knife to mine as the paint ends up sealing it. I dug it in a little and then just painted over that part of the hair (even without the paint I didn't feel like it was deep enough, now it sticks pretty well.

Also, flipping the sunglasses up like in my profile pic might be an option as well as I have one of my heads this way but you have to find a perfect place to hold it under the hair or it will slip out.

I figured that they may have been designed with that kind of slit, but didn't want to risk creating an issue with the paintwork, so I ended up using a couple of small dots of blu tac instead.

Bringing this thread back. Finally had time to add some hair and paint to the head; only my second time doing both so don’t kill me lol. With anything I do/build, I always find things to do better, but overall I’m happy for now. Just need to finish the boots and add the decal to jacket.
