It was the only thing I could suggest since the form was really a bit confusing. Tried it as well and it looks like it is misleading once there was a 2nd delivery attemt already. Could the lady tell you why there was no notification for you, was there another person taking it as you feared? In any case there should be
30 days to sort such things, so still more than two weeks left. Annoying nevertheless.
Checked all other US tracking IDs and it looks like for good there were no further situations like this.
Not only China, also the sets that I receive to forward them are not shipped to me yet. It was just a matter of sorting by Toribox without a priorization. As far as I know they usually do not offer direct shipments so it is something they handle in between other tasks as a nice gesture for us.
Update: I received a message that all shipments to China will be sent on Tuesday. Will ask to receive the tracking IDs sooner this time.
