I posted this over on the One Sixth Warriors forum to try to get some more folks. I say lets do it even if we only have 10 people. I really want to see Herman made.

I don't think so. Iris requests a minimum of 15 for the clothing.
We still have some time to go tho as I'm pretty busy with previous more pending projects that are in various stages of completion. Once I have an opening I'll pursue Herman further and see where we're at.
