Here are some updated pics of the first pieces out of the mold. the head fits snug into the helmet and the mask is fully functional. the neck is pre-fitted with a connector so you guys will not have to 'customize' this head. just pop it onto a Hot Toys slim and you're in business.

this is my last update before the final big reveal. thanks again for your patience as DH has come together.
