Mine came today

This is as much as I could get done tonight, need to go back and make it more movie accurate, I haven't painted the face yet. More pics to come in the next few days.

Got mine yesterday!! Great surprise!

Everything looks pretty good, though I might have some questions about assembling it specifically. But can't wait til I have some time to paint it up!

Care and assembly instructions are attached to the inside of the box lid as well as the COA. As always, pm me if you need help. Will be happy to walk you through any assembly challenges.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the pattern of the little shoulder spikes, I couldn't find good examples.

I'll see if i can find some pics. From memory, i believe there is no pattern. Just a cluster attached to the tricep area of each arm.

I tried to make the eyes on the mask look like actual lenses.

It's so close to the black color it's a little hard to see, I've adjusted the lighting a little to show it off better.

Long view so you can see how small he really is.

TMNT from the 90's is my favorite. I'm redesigning the turtle so it functions properly and maintains the look of the movie. This is going to require some major sculpting work. I initially thought just adding joints would be ok, but once I got into the design, I realized it would not look right. so, I'm juggling that project with a very limited run of Grinch and Popeye. Will be a fun 2013 for sure.

Also, wanted to point out the cape is lined with a wire for posing. you can bend it inward to make the cape wrap more squarely around the shoulders. see mine for example.

Just got my kit in, All I can say is HELLS YEA!
Great quality, uncanny likeness! Lol it's just hilarious looking at the helmet and Rick Moranis sculpt, the expression on his face kills me! :lol It's absolutely fun just going through all the accessories and amazing costume.

Not yet Army. I just need to pack it all up and secure into the box. Should be shipped on monday. Would be sooner but i'm in Wisconsin for fall break with the family.
