Thanks Justin. Right now Im rounding up names of who needs a refund and what not. The issue is shipping. Seems like its been more of a pain than its worth. Still having customs issues and so on. I will either get you your crutches or refund...one or the other. Definitely not the way I wanted this to turn out, but sometimes it's out of your control. This would be one of those times. Feel free to PM me if you need to. I will respond. Refunds will start issuing this weekend.

As I said before, the problem is with my post office, not a matter of where you are. I could go into a laundry list of reasons and excuses, but I'm not. Believe me; I've heard them from the PO. So...two people losing their job, a million excuses, and months later; I'm ready to put this nightmare to rest. That's why I'm issuing refunds and learning a valuable lesson so this will never happen again. And trust me.....this will never happen again!

Why don't you go to another post office? I live in jersey and at least 30 mins I come in contact with at least 5 or 6 post offices not counting ups offices also.
