Who would interested in a 1:6 scale Mad Max V-8 Interceptor? I’ve been kicking this idea around for the last few years or so. The Interceptor would be 33” long 8 3/4” tall. It would be made in mind with putting RC gear inside (i.e. light weight) as well as fitting a 12” Max figure … Gibson is actually 5’9” and that would really mean every bodies Max figures should be around 11 ½” tall but you know how it goes.

I was also thinking about doing a proper “Mad Max Interceptor” and a conversion kit to do the Road Warrior wasteland customization. Two different cars were used but that wouldn’t bother me, the body designs weren't that different. Here is a video of some 1/6 scale RC cars.

I’m not going to hold anyone to anything, I just want to gauge the interest to see if it was worth the effort. It is a big piece, but would be really cool.

Will the Mad Max V-8 Interceptor comes with the Mad Max figure? If so, i am interested!

A whole frickin' car? Hell, that's crazy, man! Where's he gonna drive? :D

Seriously though, that sounds awesome. I got no room for cars or Batmobiles as much as I want them...but I'd love to see one.

A beat-up, filthy RW version would :rock

Definitely interested, but I doubt that I could afford anything other than a kit version. Even that might be a stretch depening on how much the kit is.

One interesting thought it to scale up the Aoshima kit. Not sure how easily that could be done (likely very cost prohibitive on a prototyping machine)

I looked into that, $4,000 was the ball park for a 3D print. Nope...I'm doing it the old fashion way.
