Uh, don't want to be a downer, but with those injuries, it'll be more than a week or so. Dan, take care of yourself first. Do everything the doctors tell you, and let this other stuff take a back seat. Using the keyboard may not be the best thing right now.

Had the same thing about two years ago. Took me a full year before I could start lifting weights again. But the shot really helped immediately for the pain. Hopefully you don't sleep on the shoulder you hurt. That was the hardest part for me -- learning to sleep on the other side.

And take Gruff's advice, be careful not to overdo the keyboard and any heavy lifting.

Thanks, guys... I'm typing mostly with just one hand.
And yes, it is very hard not to sleep on just one side. Five years ago I broke the clavicle on my other shoulder, so I already knew this was going to be hard.

Mostly, I'm trying to (gently) prop my arm up on the table to work on some really small stuff... but it's not comfortable at all.

Have a followup with the doctor Monday... might schedule an MRI, he said if the swelling's gone down sufficiently...

Hate being slowed down... So much 1/6 goodies to make!

(I did meet with my 1/6 fashion designer today... posted some WIPs of Doc BROWN in the customs thread...)
