Yeah, just getting measurements leaves a little too much margin for error I would think.
We are making them on computer guys. Having the real head in-hand doesn't mean anything because the glasses aren't sculpted physically. We made the Fight Club glasses by measurements and they fit just fine when printed out. The changes we needed to make were to the aesthetics of the shape. And if they didn't fit we'd reprint them again, adjusted.
Sean's a trained professional. He does this for a living.
I still think it would be best if he had one in hand to test for himself if it fits properly.
Anyway, how do you want us to take the measurements?
From behind the ear to the front of the head, then the width of the head please. Once the glasses are approved visually and we physically print a copy we will send the prototype to RaymondFerraro since he was the one who asked us to do this, and if the sizing gets a thumbs up from him it will be molded, or if not sent back to be resized.
