Hello Everyone!! :wave This is Beth/Lady CREG, wife of Dean/CREG Customs. My husband set up an account for me so I can get in here and help get your all's cowls to you asap! Just wanted to reiterate what he already said - he took a new day job, we moved to a new house at the same time. He's been working very hard behind the scenes even if it doesn't seem it, on what little free time he's had. All that to say, our priority is getting your all's cowls out the door and to you or the cast painter! And I am officially kicking tail starting today. haha! As you saw, the product is bagged up and I will be packing and prepping for shipment this week. I'm going through everyone's orders right now to make sure we have the info we need and making labels to ship product. I even have our 4.5 year old son helping mail things off. So be looking for shipping notices to start going out as we get these labeled for shipment. And please know I will be working as hard as I can this week to get your packages mailed off. Thank you everyone! I will be checking in here if you have questions just in case Dean is not able to get on here for a bit.

We agree and this has been our policy any time we've gotten backlogged. Obviously we are not anywhere near the scale of a company like Hot Toys, but even they experience delays on any given project while others are in development or being released, which throws off their schedule. We're actually not releasing anything else until all outstanding orders are caught up. The ZOD head and Two Face have been in production as long as the BB Cowls have, so they will still proceed. But any new product will not be developed until all cowls are shipped. We believe that my involvement with logistics and processing that we will greatly speed along the process for the parts of this work that are in our control.

For example, this is a multi-piece casting and as Dean had said he had to hand-trim and sand over 380 pieces; we also inspect each piece and rejected well over 30 castings while trying to get the best product for our customers. In the future, our releases will be produced by a factory for casting and painting, so when we get the product it will be ready to ship. God willing there should be no hidden surprises, which means everything should go much smoother and much faster.

Any future unpainted offerings will be much more limited in quantity and not multi-piece castings, like this project was. While this has been a long time dream project to release this piece, doing releases this complicated are simply not feasible without the use of a factory. We opened the BB Cowl up for more orders than we had originally planned due to the overwhelming demand we received.

The quantity would have allowed us to use a factory this time, but Dean was determined to deter recasting as much as possible due to the special nature of this release. Yes, I started processing the unpainted sculpts tonight for shipping! We are going by order of payment received the best we can. Please give us a few days to get them out. If you placed a split order - wanting both painted and unpainted - you are welcomed to pay extra shipping if you'd like the unpainted one(s) now. Shipping for it is $6.50 US and $10.25 International. Otherwise, those orders will be held to ship bundled together to you with the painted cowl once we receive them back from the painter.

That is correct. I ordered painted cowl during the initial offering.
Ordered an additional unpainted when the run was expanded to 75. Thanks again!
