No deposit.... I guess I just haven't run any project with deposits! The main reason is I always wait until I have more or less fully completed items/prototypes to show before asking for any payment, thus no need for deposits. Is that an issue ?

That depends entirely on how many sets I have to do. I am a one man show with a full time job but I move as quickly as I can! I already have a head start on the balls, pins, and White Russians. I can't produce the cans, lids, and shoes until I have specific numbers.
Long story short, I am hoping to have everything ready to go within 1-2 months. I hope that's alright!
