Ooh that looks great, really need the dog if you want to complete your Mad Max.

Is the dog good enough to drop that kind of money on? He's actually painted the wrong colors as he should have a lot of brown as well, not that something like that can't be fixed. I keep wanting to pull the trigger and then stop.

Definitely not worth that kind of $$$ but I paid it anyway. Mad Max is not complete without the dog as far as I'm concerned so I bit the bullet. And Mr. X said that the colors on the dog will change in the final version to reflect the film.

Thought I'd check and see if there were any Australian cattle dog figures out there already. Found this one but it comes out to be only 1/8. only about $10.

The Road Fighter dog is a really nice sculpt, though I'm not seeing Max's dog in the face. For that money I need more convincing. In the meantime will just have to sculpt my own like all of my Max accessories.

The dog looks too narrow faced and not enough of a mangy mutt in that head on pic. I mean, it looks nice enough but....I don't know...there's just something underwhelming about it. I'll be ordering it to go with the figure but, by this point, purchasing this particular release is really an act of faith on my part. Despite being a big Max fan, nothing I've seen thus far has me salivating in anticipation. However, I've not been let down by the likeness of any of the past releases once in hand so, on that basis, I'm banking on them keeping their good run going. Well, I'm hoping at least.

I'm waiting to hear back about another possibility. It's a figurine sculpted by someone who actually sculpts dogs. The size seems just right and it can be painted to your request.

The Iminime dog is pretty good, but the shape of the head is a little off and the body seems a little too long. That's so much money to spend on something like this when it doesn't just knock your socks off.

I agree, I've not been let down by any of the Iminime releases I've received so far. I too ordered Max on faith even though what was shown was very sub par. Gonna wait a bit more before ordering the dog.

I wouldn't expect to see this until the New Year at the earliest. As far as I can recall, the Heat duo and David from The Lost Boys were ahead of Max in the queue.

Yeah I think they pushed this fig back because there was an added option for battle damaged sculpt & dog. Maybe Jan-Feb.

This project is really heavy~~indeed.

here is some changes. the head is oversized so I have tried to find good body for this head for few months.
Now I have decided to use the zcwo footballer body which makes the propotion better.
to do that, we had to change many things I mean drilling and cutting things for all parts etc on.
it is lots of work.

anyway, urgently I ordered the body and it will be manufacturing after the Chinese Holidays==>I should get them Mid March to late.
so sorry for the delay. But I had to change things and with that body we think it looks better like fighter.

The heads paintings will be finished next week, but we have to wait for the body and outfit too as the body is changed, the outfit are also getting work based on body.

Is the dog painted? colour on the dog has changed or any other thing in the sculpt? the red bandana on the dg is going to be sculpted or its going to be fabric?
