Can't have Gido not getting his rest lol
My only complaint with Neil really is just the eyes. Having it in hand I think that's what throws the likeness off a bit. But not bad. And it also has the issue Pop was talking about with the eyes not being brown they are grey. It's hardly noticeable though. It's still a really great De Niro sculpt and with the glasses on it looks spot on to me. Here's a few iPhone pics I took. The suit and accessories are great I think. The glasses are really nice too. I'm tempted to buy this one from Denny lol but I spent way too much this month with Christmas coming haha

The suit jacket didn't shrink since the proto, did it? Is it still a little oversized like in CK's pics?

No it didn't shrink I don't think. It's a bit oversized but not bad. I actually like the fit of the suit. That was another thing I didn't like from Neil's proto was the suit. Loved Hannas suit. But in hand I think it's great. Could be a tad smaller but overall it's fine to me.

I actually think it's a good thing to be oversized in this case :lol. They all wore their jackets a few size too big to fit all of their gear. I thought the jacket in the protos looked accurate, and of course would look a lot better with the ammo vest underneath
True! I'll be putting a Kevlar vest on my Vincent as well. Hope it fits ok lol. From the proto his suit looked tight fitting. I may have to do some modding to it.

Alright, just got my pair (#2, no less) and busted them open. One of my all-time grail pairs. Very happy that Mr. X went through and did them!
Impressions:
-Hanna is an excellent figure. Head is great, even though it is a tad smaller than Neil's. Also, the glasses holes are a bit more visible than I'd like.
-I really like Hanna's jewelry.
-Only nit with Hanna is that the pocket on his left breast is a faux pocket - just a sewn on piece of fabric. This means that the badge cannot attach to it. Not sure how I am going to resolve that.
-Neil is a mixed bag. I love the head and think that it looks much better than the protos, especially with a strong light that creates contrast and shadows. Shirt collar and tie is very nice. Jacket looks good. Just those accessories...
-The secret item was Neil's duffle, which is great, but it also highlights how frustratingly incomplete the figure is. He has the money bag but no gloved hands, money to put in the bag, or assault vest. If you don't plan on finishing off your Neil with Craftone parts then the bag is kind of superfluous.
-Guns on both figures are a little rough. The butt-stock of Neil's M4 is very rough, as is the bottom of the pistols. Hanna's rifle barrel is not drilled, and this looks like it has a plug in it.
Overall, I am pleased, but I do kind of hate having to track down extra parts (vest w/magazines and hands for Neil, vest and pistol holster for Hanna) for an expensive custom figure set. Very happy to have these though, and they are far better base figures than any other Heat figures available (in my opinion, of course). Once I get them finished, I believe they will be one of my favorite sets of figures that I own.

Yeah overall it's a very solid figure! The sculpt has its weak points I think, but as a whole package I was very impressed with it.

Got my Vincent today. Loving this figure so much. It's one of the more lifelike pieces I own. I added the Kevlar vest will have to find a more accurate one soon. Also taped his colt inside the jacket to look as its holstered like in the film. I'm loving all the accessories all very screen accurate. My only gripe is Vincent colt was suppose to have white grips. And the whole gun came black. So I just repainted the grips myself. Easy fix. Not much bad to say. It's an incredible piece! Loving the pics you guys are posting! Here's a few of my setup

What is the best way to get the badge to stay in the pocket since it is not deep enough to for the clip to go down? Also on the pistol handle, is it supposed to be white or a pearl?

I just have mine resting in the pocket. It's easy for it to fall out but if you pose him first then place it hanging from the pocket it stays. And the pistol grips are made of ivory in the film. So I went with an off white. Sucks to have to go back and paint it especially since in the proto it was shown the screen accurate way:/ but it's an easy fix
