Sorry buddy just returned it to the black box... I'm kinda clumsy and damage a lot of my expensive heads in the past lol

It does. Wasn't really the Pacino likeness that was cause for concern though. That looked pretty much spot on from the off.

No it wasn't but sometimes the production pieces are disappointing on some pieces in this hobby. I ordered just the Hanna full set version but they mixed up my order and sent me Neil instead. I should get Hanna by Monday. But I must say Neil looks much better in hand than the proto pics. I'll try to post some pics of him soon before I ship it back to Denny.

Nice! Cant wait for the boys to get here.

The one thing that bugs me is the eye color. I don't know why they sometimes choose the wrong color. The eyes are such an important part of likeness and the wrong color throws it off. Another similar instance that comes to mind was with Tommy (Goodfellas). Both Pacino and Pesci may have hazel-ish eyes but in this scale a light brown or just straight brown work much better than a greenish. If Young Capo's eyes were the same as Hanna's color there, he wouldn't look nearly as good.

I'm happy to hear that!

One thing we have to appreciate with CK is the fact that the proto paint jobs are pretty much exactly what we end up receiving, unlike all mass producing companies. Once in a while something like Young Capo comes along where the skin tone looks better in pics, but what we see is what we get for the most part. But in Neil's case, when I was looking at both the natural light pics and the darker indoor pics, I had a feeling that none of them were the best examples and he'd look better in hand. Glad to hear you confirm that!

Good to hear. I was hoping that'd be the case.

Be great if you could manage a few sneaky pics....otherwise Gido won't get any sleep tonight! :wink1:

Can't have Gido not getting his rest lol :)

My only complaint with Neil really is just the eyes. Having it in hand I think that's what throws the likeness off a bit. But not bad. And it also has the issue Pop was talking about with the eyes not being brown they are grey. It's hardly noticeable though. It's still a really great De Niro sculpt and with the glasses on it looks spot on to me. Here's a few iPhone pics I took. The suit and accessories are great I think. The glasses are really nice too. I'm tempted to buy this one from Denny lol but I spent way too much this month with Christmas coming haha
