The Pacino is really nice, but the other guy looks a bit like DeNiro and Temuera Morrison had a baby.

Though the profile looks really good, head on.... :(

For sure a disappointing sculpt. This movie deserves better than that, especially for the price. It's a good thing he didn't come outfitted in his gear from the opening robbery, as I would've had to buy it.

When you just look at the sculpt alone, it looks nearly perfect!

I just can't pinpoint what is wrong with the final version but it's definitely not De Niro.

Dude, there's actually a guy on Shapeways selling a 1/6 Heat hockey mask, the type McCauley and Cheritto wear, and you can get the ones Shiherlis and Waingro wear on Ebay.

But you'd need to source the coveralls and the other gear since the masks weren't worn with the suits, just balaclavas.

One day, I WILL have the complete unit made in 1/6....been thinking about getting Caine to sculpt the set of them.

Damn, clumsy fingers. I actually meant 'BUY a sculpt and put a mask on it' :slap :lol
 
I guess I'm in the vast minority but I'm actually ok with Neil's sculpt and almost prefer it to Hanna's. Hanna's has some obvious good attributes but I think that sculpt is wearing 15 years too much; it looks like he's in his early 70's instead of his late 50's. It looks good either way but I think it's better with the shades on.

I personally see a lot of Di Niro in the sculpt but of course it's not perfect. I think that CK's proto shots don't do the figures full justice and these will be solid in hand.

I do wish that they ended up being more popular because then we would've had a chance to see extras like the armored car outfits. I tried my best to convince Mr. X to offer Neil's bank robbery gear (ammo vest, balaclava, money bag) and Hanna's Kevlar vest as add on packages (like Braveheart's war vest), but he really didn't want to do it.
 
That is too bad. Any idea what the secret items are going to be?

I like both sculpts. Not perfect but not train wrecks either. Also, both look good with sunglasses, which is most important for Neil.
