They'll be up for a few months. The duo set is limited though, but the other options should be open for a while. The Goodfellas figures are still open, and they've been up for quite a time now.

Did you order any of "The Goodfellas"? I think De Niro looks a lot better in "The Goodfellas" version than "Heat".

It's generally 3-5 weeks but it's hard to say because not every release was handled the same way, or had the same amount of popularity. This is the first time in a while that the edition size is being announced so I don't know how that will effect the length of the PO window. If I had to guess, I'd say 3-5 weeks is a safer bet than it still being open in 3 months
