I am happy for those who wanted a longer cape... but I still like my first version just fine.

...That being said- I do wish I had known that there would be 2 versions before I ordered my second spare one. That way I could have had both versions on hand. Oh well...

OMG I love this cape! At first I was scared I was going to rip it because it so dam sticky but once that was over with I had a hard time getting it the way I wanted it to look.

However, after trying a few things I finally got to the way I want it to look!

I am so glad there are people like Tony out there otherwise we would have deal with Hot Toys horrible hard plastic cape which doesn't even feel like a cape.

So for anyone out there who loves the Batman 89 figure I say this cape is a must buy, trust me you will not regret it!

I was thinking of actually selling my Batman 89 because of the horrible Hot Toys cape. :gah:

the ht cape is not that horrible with some mods..anyway I don't like so much the shiny effect of tony's cape but is a very good work...:clap:clap

Tony did such an amazing job. I took some pictures but they aren't coming out very well when I load them on my computer. They don't do the cape justice. The cape is just beautiful. The package arrived today and when I took it out, unfolded it, and put it on Batman, it was like I had a brand new figure.

Ok, time to be a little corny - I know chicks dig the car, but they absolutely love the cape because my wife even likes it, and she usually gets mad when she sees something new in the mail.

Tony - amazing job. Just beautiful craftsmanship.

thanks I have removed the liner insides the cape and used an airbrush to paint it ...no stain at all, but at the end tony has done a beautiful cape, shiny but beautiful..
I am sorrry if I posted the ht cape modded in the tony's sale thread but the ht cape is not that horrible..and is a no sense to sell this amazing figure for this reason..
if you don't l like the ht cape just buy tony's cape or customize yours

Nice cape mod, I did that on my original HT cape before. Trimmed the bottom to make it more movie length, it would be great.

If I can get my hand on some nice fabric that has the similar texture and also heavy enough to drape naturally, I would be all over it. But nice movie accurate fabric does come easy......

As for the shine, it all base on how you take the picture.... Figure freaks took some very nice shot, and the cape looks very good under certain lights :clap:clap:clap:clap
