He is widely considered to have been the most successful criminal in history and to have invented modern-day drug trafficking. At the height of his career, the Colombian kingpin was making 1 million dollars a day smuggling cocaine into the United States. Here is the tale of “El Patrón” - folk hero to some, public enemy #1 to others. He was a father and family man, ruthless murderer and an outlaw like the world has never seen. The man that inspired the first two seasons of Netflixs’ hit series, “Narcos“ - Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria, or more simply, as he’s known around the world - Pablo

Pablo Escobar would be the ultimate villain to add to any collection.

Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria was born in Rionegro, Colombia, in 1949. As a youngster, he and his family moved to a suburb of Medellin, and by the time he was in his teens, he was deep into the criminal world, stealing cars and reselling gravestones he pilfered from local cemeteries.

It wasn't until Escobar hit his 20s that he was introduced to big-time crime; taking coca, grown mostly in Peru and Bolivia, synthesizing it into cocaine, and shipping it to sell in the United States. By his late 20s, Escobar had founded and assumed sole control of the Medellin cartel, maybe the most successful criminal operation ever. At its height, the cartel pulled in an estimated 420 million (a million per week) and 80% of the cocaine business worldwide.

Here is the outfit planned for Pablo - the suit he wore to Congress in 1982

References from the Colombian TV series, “El Patrón Del Mal” (which translates into “The Boss of Evil”) based on Pablo’s life, will also be used to complete the wardrobe. For those of you who haven’t seen it, it’s a great and comprehensive look (74 episodes) at his entire life. It goes into much more depth than the first two seasons of “Narcos”. It’s hard to fathom the stuff he, and the rest of the Medellín cartel, were able to accomplish. It’s currently available on Netflix.

Personally, I think this Pablo figure would be a great compliment to any collection containing any “Breaking Bad” characters. Imagine a scene where Pablo is cooking up in the same lab as Walter White ?

Colombian White + Blue Magic = epic!

I would prefer the real Escobar as opposed to one of the actors that portrayed him.

It is going to be the real Escobar, my friend. I posted those pictures as additional references to the type of suit he’ll be wearing. Very few images of the suit Pablo wore to Congress exist so these will serve as a supplement to those, that’s all.

Why not choose him?Netflix naros?

I’m sorry if there’s any confusion, but the real Pablo Escobar will be the subject of this project, not any actor who portrayed him. It’s going to be the first of it’s kind. No one has ever covered this character in the 1/6 scale world.

Sample copies of El Patron just arrived ❄️❄️❄️

Good people, please don’t wait until the head sculpt is painted to jump in on this run. The collective of infinitely talented artists participating in this project represents the “1992 Dream Team” of the 1/6 scale community. Once everyone sees this come to life, the slots will vanish very quickly.

Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, I have decided to add a few more figures to the Pablo Escobar project. It has now been officially capped. This will remain an extremely exclusive and limited figure. I plan to have the prototype painted and reveal all relevant details in June.

Imagine you were born into a poor family, in a poor city, in a poor country, and by the time you were 28 years old, you have so much money you can’t even count it. What do you do? You make your dreams come true. ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

The DX version will include El Patron’s signature hairstyle and mustache rooted in for the most realistic appearance humanly possible. It’ll be a collector’s piece for ages to come.

This project is generating strong interest, as many people recognize this incredibly controversial character is being produced for the first time. You won’t find this anywhere else in the world.

If you have a Scarface or Walter White figure, this would be the perfect person to have stand next to them in that detolf.

“Plata o Plomo” (Plata, meaning “silver,” a common slang term for money in Colombia, and Plomo, meaning lead) The translation on the streets was, “money or bullets". The phrase was used by Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar who would offer government officials and law enforcement the choice of taking a bribe, or having a murder contract placed against them.

This masterfully realistic 9mm bullet is courtesy of the immensely talented @doggiedocdesigns , who I am pleased to announce, will handle all the incredible accessories for the Pablo Escobar project.
