I have access to everything I need to make these, no amount of buttons is too small or too large. I can make as many as you will need, for all of your projects. Each button costs $2, and the total cost will be reduced if the number of buttons ordered is larger than 5.

Buttons can be provided pre-threaded to avoid straining and frustration to you.

I will accept clothes by mail to sew them on personally.

I'll take 20 (depending on the cost of course). They look fantastic bud. Definitely in the same league as Kato's.

Ahhh ha , so you took his tutorial? That's awesome that's cool with it. :hi5:

Good luck man , you must have tiny fingers :lol
All my figures need these :gah:

how are you drilling the holes?

Thanks a lot, the cost will stay as low as possible but will factor in time and tools (and maybe the occasional eye strain) :lol

Gimme a number, I'll give you the buttons! I'll sew them for you too if you want. I don't have the smallest hands, but a LOT of patience helps. I'm using a 0.5mm drill bit and a pair of small pliers to hold the button.

I haven't worked out the exact price yet, but I was thinking $2 a piece considering these are quite taxing to fabricate, and require specialty tools to complete. They would be cheaper in sets of 10, 20, etc. Let me know what you guys think.

What I need to know is how much will it cost to 're-button' a shirt? I have 3-4 shirts that need replacing. I would send them to you.

First batch is finished!

Is it 0.6mm for the needle hole? Is itbig enough for a needle to pass through? :lecture:wink1::wave ( For my experience base on the pic.. it is 0.5mm )

It is necessary for me to ask you this question becaue some people may probably send me yr buttons to fix it on the shirt.

If I find that the needle cannot pass through the button, I will hv no choice but sent it back to them.

The hole is drilled with a 0.5mm bit, I don't know if a needle will pass through, I just thread the string straight through it without a needle. With the right size needle, it should pass through no problem.

For yr information, it needed to be 0.6mm even by using the smallest size needle.

According to my pass experience, many buttons are broken when the needle pass throught the needle hole. While it is fine after using 0.6mm drill .:wink1:

Of course it will be fine if people can solve this problem by themselve (since you can fix it on the shirt, they can do the same as you too)

Or they can send you the shirt without buttons so that you may fix the button for them :wave

Oh, I thought since your original post said 0.5mm bit, that's what I needed. It's definitely possible to thread without a needle, it's quite simple once you get the hang of it.

I offer to sew them, as well as to pre-thread the button with whatever thread color is necessary.
