My two cents worth with regard to the size of the head: in hand, it's not that big of a deal. I have it on a Hot Toys "Wolverine" body (perfect color match) and the scale is acceptable. Yeah, it's slightly on the larger size of 1:6, but it looks great on the body I have. A little padding around the waist and it will be a great figure. I was going to take a pass on this but it's such an amazing sculpt, I'm glad I purchased it. Maybe camera lenses being what they are and the angle of the photo (zeroing in on the head) accentuate the size discrepancy to a greater degree. Just my thoughts. Again, I'm glad I didn't miss out on this one.

Yeah, it seems he's playing with the angles to make the head look proportional to the body.

Ray Ferraro is usually spot on with his in-depth reviews and experiences since Ive known him here since 09. If he says its too big, then it probably is.

Heat De Niro is coming soon but I can't tell you much since I'm not sure if I can share the details. Hopefully there's an announcement soon so I can stop retouching my De Niro

Even if the Indy sculpt is large, it shouldn't matter as much since most will be using it with the shirt and jacket. As you can see in the comparison pics, his Butcher sculpt is roughly in scale with the McClane, but I didn't see many people taking issue with it when he was on a figure with an outfit. Unfortunately, McClane insists on being displayed with a wife beater!

that is an accurate assessment and well said. It is a sure error on the artist side on the sculpt sizing (especially cause the outfit provides little freedom to cover that unlike butcher) . Just like appreciation has its own rewards, its important to call out when something is off and yes in every pics so far the sculpt does look big and just a little bit big is a huge difference in 1/6. It din matter for butcher and won't for Indy but on this an otherwise stunning sculpt looks off place.

i think many of the custom sculpts tend to be on the bigger side - but when they are in outfits like john or even bickle when in rainmans chest piece - they tend to clearly stand apart as bobble heads to some extent and take away the fun.

Man I am loving this sculpt/outfit set, the likeness on this sculpt is INSANE! Changed up the pose and took some more pics.

What body did you use? The newest Wolverine, the one with black suit? Looked good. The skin tone is one of the most important things to me, and yours is the closest of a perfect match that I've seen so far. Also, for some reason (maybe the long neck), head is not looking that big.

Would love a Heat De Niro, and would hope, if it's a full figure, that it is done with the opening hard target takedown gear, complete with hockey mask, instead of the usual suit and tie from the ending bank robbery.
