Thanks! I am currently working on the leg armor, and I'm really pleased. Once I have it a little further along I will post more pictures... I was hoping it would be this weekend, but I have a TON to do that may not leave me much time. Rest assured, it's coming along:yess:.

Some updated pictures and progress. Been working hard on this guy... It's really coming together, albeit slowly. I am hand sculpting everything so it takes time... And I essentially have to sculpt everything twice for each side! Anyway, hope the updates tide people over! Anyone think I should start a new interest thread or an official list? This is going to be a project that takes time, but it would be nice to see how many people are truly interested now that I have more to show.

Holy cow I didn't realize I left the thread not updated for SO long. SORRY GUYS! I am still working on it but life (my job) has gotten in the way a little bit so I haven't been able to get as far as I was as quickly as I was before. I am currently working on the upper leg pieces and the knee cover. These pieces are TOUGH because his leg is so wide at the top and narrower toward the knee that getting the fit just right has been difficult. I will try and get a few pictures up so you guys don't lose faith. I promise I am working on it but it's a little slow going this time of year due to my job.

As I said above, here are a few progress pictures. I am working on completing the entire right leg first, as it will just be a matter of copying the mirror image to the right. Hopefully it's still looking good, and apologies for the delay in between!

I am definitely still working on it. As the summer is winding down I will have much more time to work on it but don't worry, it will continue!

So apparently someone else is now offering to make the battle armor for Jor, Zod, and Faora. Not sure where that leaves my project.... I mean obviously I am still having fun doing this, but figure people may lose interest, I dunno..

I saw that post, but they are still in the "who's interested" phase and they are estimating to charge between $550 and $750. They have also not said which one they will do first. So if they don't do Jor-el first then no problem. Or even if they do, then it will depend on how much you charge for yours. I think it would be a simple matter of free market in practice!
