I think its got the square patch with strings attaching either side of the vest as apposed to just the 2 sides of the vest attached with string down the middle at the back if you understand like the SOMAV vest he wears with the sneaking suit

I'm going to just find the right base vest and stick the correct pouches where they should be

The flight suit no biggie, and I can sculpt the boots myself, it's the vest that I'm confused about.

Where did find that btw? i'm most likely get the same if i cant find one with a solid fabric and not the mesh type.

It has the strap across both the shoulder pad things on his upper back too which is good

The only problem i can for see with the Pliskin is losing the camo from the vest and pouches, they cant be dyed

Hopefully painting them the way people did with the DID pants for Bane will work

Those vests takes the dye very well. I already dye two in black and it looks perfect.

Yep pouches takes the dye perfectly.
The material that don't take the dye propoerly is nylon.

Most of the times modern pouches are in nylon but you cans till always paint them. That works alos well if you're using thin layers of paint.

Sorry for the stupid question Elvis, but could I dye with acrylic paint? Will acrylic harden and deteriorate the material?

Well if you dye you're using dye so it isn't painting.

You can paint but use fabric paint and in thin layers.

I can't find a good 1/6 USP, none I've come across come with a light attachment. It might need to be bought separately.

I bought one not that long ago it was dirt cheap too. they usually have like a silver slider. Just needs to be painted black

Oh alright, I checked eBay and didn't get anything really but I think it would be better to find it under a 1/6 pistol search. Aside from the M4, I don't think John can buy in bulk USPs and M9s and they're all the same.

Most of the time they don't have the correct names. There's loads of SOCOM pistols on eBay from China etc that aren't named right too

The pistol that comes with the Metalboss is supposed to be a SOCOM but its looks just the USP

Yeah that's another reason whenever I needed a handgun I usually just try under pistol search since they almost never name it right.

I think it would be great for Snake's pouches to be functional because I would throw magazines in all of them.

I guess it all depends on the clips on the pouches and whether they can work properly at the smaller scale as most are just velcro closures

This could be used as a USP. Says it's a MK23 .45 but looks just like the USP

That's a MK23. The trigger guard doesn't curve out with a USP and the gun is smaller than a MK23.
