yup, it was arsyn. but it's still hard to get all those parts like the leather jacket together, so it would be something for iminime, as not everyone can bash it together.

but we've seen the "interest" shown for the denzel sculpt, so i won't bet my money that it would get the treatment anytime soon ^^

I know Denzel won an oscar for Training Day, but I remember him most for Remember The Titans and Bone Collector... and honestly I like him more as a good guy than a baddie.. specially Man on Fire and Book of Eli were kick ass...

Things may be different now TM. That was a year ago that you started that thread. I think that Iminime has gained a lot of ground since then. Also you were pitching just the sculpt then. Fast foward a year and Iminime is a much more estiblished full set producer then they were then. After seeing what they've done since then, especially with Mills and Tony's leathers, I'd say Alonzo is right up their ally. Getting 50 heads to sign off on it....well that's the next step.

And that KAI sculpt is really good but does have some room for improvement.

I love the Reservior Dogs idea too. A good Joe and Nice Guy Eddie are major musts! But they are the easier part. In order to do these guys REAL proper justice, you'd have to respect their body types and heights which is difficult(not impossible). I believe the suits are identical but the shades and I think the guns are all different.

And are Blue & Brown included or left out?

Just thinking out loud here, but I wonder if Iminime would ever consider the possibility of a head sculpt/ sunglasses 4 pack of the main guys, and make a standard slim black suit that people could either order seperate, or in a set discount if they didn't want to source their own outfit. thoughts?

High end 1/6 scale pro wrestlers is an untapped market. Problem is that there is almost no way around the muscle body need, and body types are so different across wrestlers. . . I would prefer classic WWF/WCW, but either way I think Iminime or someone could have success with such a focus.

Undertaker, Million $ Man, Macho Man, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Vader, Bret Hart, British Bulldogs, Jushin Liger, Sting, Legion of Doom, the Rockers, etc. Could make for a mind blowing display.

I completely agree that pro wrestling is an untapped 1/6 market and I'm surprised that no one has tackled this yet. I think this would be a huge money maker for Denny (just look at how many 6 inch wrestling customs go for on ebay and how much wrestling fans spend on high end replica belts and other merchandise). Wrestling fans are almost as rabid as comic book fans, but he'd probably have to spread the word to wrestling based forums (though I'm learning there are a lot of wrestling fans on the freaks board!).

Kaustic Plastik has made some great muscle bodies so that's a possible solution for most of the wrestlers (the Superheavy weights like Vader and Andrew would be the issue). This "generic" muscle body would work particularly well for the guys you mentioned like Savage, Hart and Flair as they have all similar body types. All the entrance gear (robes, jackets) would cover up that the bodies are the same too.

I'm using the Kaustic bodies for all my wrestling customs (Rock, Austin, Hart, Sting, RVD, Booker T) and with the entrance gear they still look completely different (just like using narrows for all your customs). I wonder if 1/6 wrestlers will happen now that I just started putting together my own customs :rotfl

If Denny takes this on, I vote for Bret Hart to be the first figure of course :yess:
